GROUND FLOOR
The first thing to greet you is a large raised deck that stretches the entire front of the building.
This is a great place to have dinner and watch the sun set over the Loch.
Enter the Chapel through the large front doors, into the spacious open plan living area with loads of light streaming through the south facing windows. Unless its raining... then just light the log burning stove and settle back with a book from the library.
You may prefer to spin the sofa around to watch a bit of telly, or play one of the many board games from the trunk.
Passing the stairs, where the ceiling raises to double height, you enter the slate floored Dining Area and well equipped Kitchen, stocked with many appliances and cookware that you have at home, like: fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, muffin tray and bread machine.
There is huge amount of worktop space, enabling you to easily cope with catering for dinner parties of 6 or more.
Ground Floor - Utility
At the rear of the house is a slate floored utility area that houses the washing machine, along with a sink and a cupboard containing Iron, ironing Board and a second fridge.
4 folding chairs for use either inside or out are stored just inside the back door, and many different sizes of
Welly Boots live under the reclaimed church pew bench.
The utility area is further complimented by a second shower room and WC.
The Chapel in not on mains water or sewage. Water comes direct from a private water supply on the hillside behind.
FIRST FLOOR
Climb the stairs on to the landing that spans the front and back of the house and you will find two bedrooms.
The front bedroom has a 5'double bed.
The back bedroom sleeps 3 in 3'single beds. Both have a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The shower room and toilet are separate on either side of the landing.
Our younger guests are taken care of too, with a high chair stored under the stairs and a folding travel cot ready to deploy in the back bedroom, you can save a bit of space in the car.
Please bring bedding for baby.
